Nick Bowser is a native of the Northeast Georgia region. He currently lives in Jackson County with his wife, 2 sons, 5 cats, and a dog. He is extremely active with his oldest son’s swim team and during the swim season, he can be found cheering on the Jackson County Panthers while sporting his JAXCO spirit wear. 

After graduating from South Gwinnett High School, Nick pursued a career in the service industry which furthered his passion for helping people. Nick’s passion for helping people led to his completing his Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Southern New Hampshire University. Nick then went on to complete his Master of Science degree in Public Health and has been on the Project Management side of Health Insurance since 2019.

Nick has been in Real Estate for a year and incorporating his project management skills and passion for helping people inspired his move into the profession. He aims to ensure each client is treated as family and has a smooth buying/selling process. This passion coupled with his hard work, dedication, and commitment to serving people has allowed Nick to serve Georgia residents in the home buying/selling process.

When not helping Georgia home buyers/sellers, Nick enjoys spending time with his family, walking at his local park, and swimming. Nick and his extended family love to get together monthly to play cards and catch up on life events. He has a passion for food and cooking and enjoys finding new recipes to try with his family. His newest find is a smoker and oftentimes he can be found smoking meat and seafood.
