Kim E. is an Indiana native and Hoosier with that good ol' Midwest work ethic.
She is a hard-working single Mom to her son in his Junior Year of college. Kim lived in Atlanta for 15 years, but temporarily moved back to Indiana so her son could grow up with his cousins and she could reconnect with family. Now back in Atlanta she is kicking it in real estate! "Real estate has always been my passion because of my caregiver attitude. When I finally made the decision to get my license, I knew it was what I needed to be doing, helping people. Everyone deserves to have a home of their own."
One of her goals - "I strive daily to be the person my dog thinks I am." Kim has a 10-lb Cavapoo named Penny who is really the boss of the family, Kim says.
"I have been blessed with opportunities, successful and some not so much. But I learned from every one of them and am grateful. Life is truly a journey."
In her past life she has been everything from a bartender, caterer, dog rescuer (still is), Distributor for Reliv nutritional products, Legal and Executive Assistant. Her career in customer service began at the age of 14 when she started bussing tables. That was her first taste of the restaurant/customer service industry, and where she realized she liked helping people in that capacity. Getting tipped was a shocker, but very much appreciated.
Thus, her motivation in real estate. "I love finding that perfect place for someone. If someone has ADA requirements, I'm all over it. I once found a  much needed home for a client, his wife and his ADA dog. Walkability in a neighborhood was key, as was a yard for his dog, among other requirements. Added bonus, I got to hang out with the dog, who was amazing. I am also driven to help my son with his college debt. He is an exemplary, passionate soul that deserves to have a leg up when he finishes school. I will never stop being a Mom. It's been my truest blessing of all."
Kim is excited to be back in Georgia, and looks forward to serving the great folks of the Peach State. Give her a call and let her work her real estate magic for you.
